Ode to the Passing of a Great Spirit

This Sunday morning a student of the Great Work passed this plane.  Christina Zohs was a student for many years having traveled to America from New Zealand to attend the Ramtha School of Enlightenment.
For many years she was a front rower.  She always had a piece of news to share and would greet a friend by saying, “Aye Mate” or “Hello my little buttercup”. She founded and was editor of The Golden Thread newspaper which many people from around the world eagerly looked forward to receiving monthly.
As a member of Elohim, she loved to sing Let The River Run at the top of her lungs, standing nobly with the greatest of allegiance, respect, pride and love.  Only those who were part of this elite group will understand the passion and soulful joy felt singing this song.
This is dedicated to Christina.
We're coming to the edge, Running on the water, Coming through the fog, Your sons and daughters. Let the river run, Let all the dreamers Wake the nation. Come, the New Jerusalem. Silver cities rise, The morning lights The streets that meet them, And sirens call them on With a song. It's asking for the taking. Trembling, shaking. Oh, my heart is aching. We're coming to the edge, Running on the water, Coming through the fog, Your sons and daughters. We the great and small Stand on a star And blaze a trail of desire Through the dark'ning dawn. It's asking for the taking. Come run with me now, The sky is the color of blue You've never even seen In the eyes of your lover. Oh, my heart is aching. We're coming to the edge, Running on the water, Coming through the fog, Your sons and daughters. It's asking for the taking. Trembling, shaking. Oh, my heart is aching. We're coming to the edge, Running on the water, Coming through the fog, Your sons and daughters. Let the river run, Let all the dreamers Wake the nation. Come, the New Jerusalem.
I was leaving Yelm this morning and as I passed by the Ranch the event crowd was beginning to leave.  Just as the road bends to the left my eye darted up to a large pine with a snag on the top.  Sitting there very regally was a bald eagle.  She was sitting watching over the Ranch.  I pulled over and got out my camera because it was a strange sight to see an eagle along Yelm Highway.  As I crept up under the tree, the eagle turned her head and looked at me.  I remembered The Gathering of Eagles event and wondered if it was a coincidence.  I took some pictures, sent my gratitude and farewell to the eagle and returned home.  When I reached home, I received a message of Christina’s passing.
I have no doubt she was lovingly greeted by our great Teacher and possibly got to visit with some of our other brothers and sisters who have made the next step in their journey.
I raise my glass in toast to my dear friend Christina and send my love and gratitude for her friendship. As I told her a week ago while visiting her in the hospital, “I will see you again at the great party”.  Gods Speed.

Beautiful and much appreciated. I knew little of Christina, we met once. Thank you for your tribute to her that allows me to know a little more of her. God bless her in her new journey!
